Major healthcare organization has an exciting opportunity for a contracted Healthcare Coordinator to work with their team. You can be located anywhere in the US to qualify for this position.



This is a 1 year position with the potential for a permanent hire based on performance and offers a pay rate of $26.00hour.

Job Description: • Position is 100% remote. Candidate can be located anywhere in US to qualify for the role.

• Candidate must have strong and reliable internet connection & private space to work to qualify • Must have requirements: Preferably knowledge of medical terminology, working with physician providers and provider office and hospital staff.

• Day to day responsibilities: Working in the UMK2 and QNXT systems, retrieving clinical information for prior authorization or inpatient hospital requests.

May be required to retrieve electronic medical records for physician staff. Document within the medical management systems. Be proficient working as a team in a remote environment. • Work/shift hours: 40 hours, M-F, 8:00 – 5:00 or 8:30 – 5:30.



The Program Coordinator provides general administrative support that includes routine document preparation, file management, scheduling/arranging meetings, arranging travel and ordering office supplies.

The Coordinator may also perform a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services. Also provides the administration of various programs, projects and assignments aligned with functional processes and services.

Work may involve design and development of program components, coordination of work effort across third party vendors or internal staff to execute against program requirements, development and monitoring of program/project metrics and ongoing process improvement.

The Coordinator may conduct training, prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required. Examples include, but are not limited to, fleet/safety administration, travel services administration, employee assistance program administration, etc.


  • Responsible for the assessment and review, coordination and distribution of review decisions for members identified with medical, surgical, and long-term care, needs including home and community-based waiver recipients. Interacts with Medical Directors, HCS department staff, various other staff and providers and practitioners to ensure timely receipt of decisions in accordance with policies, procedures and processes. Adheres to the company/departments confidentiality and HIPAA compliance programs. Adheres to the company/departments fraud and abuse prevention/detection policies and programs.
