Job Description :
We are looking to add an Office Assistant / Mail Clerk for one of our large Insurance clients.

Shift- 11:00am - 7:00pm
This Position is a fully remote position

Day to day responsibilities: Sorting mail electronically (main job responsibility), Admin support to Appeals & Grievances department. Perform a variety of clerical functions including data entry.

Required Education: High School Diploma .

Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience PC experience in a Windows environment. Experience using Microsoft Word.

Preferred Experience- Experience in Claims processing and/or Customer Service Experience with customer service
