Remote Care Review Clinician

We have an immediate opening for a Remote Care Review Clinician with an active, unrestricted SC State or Compact State RN license to join our team ANYWHERE in the US! **PLEASE NOTE - This is a 8-week contract-to-hire position. Candidates MUST have 1-2 years hospital-based clinical nursing experience WITH current or recent utilization management or case/care management experience to qualify - no exceptions!

Hours: Full-time; 40 hrs/wk

Salary: Up to $39/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary:
Knowledge about applicable state, and federal regulations. In-depth knowledge of references for length of stay and medical necessity determinations. Experience with NCQA. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Products). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintains professional relationships with provider community and internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Required Experience:

A minimum 1-2 years of hospital-based clinical nursing experience WITH current or recent utilization management or case/care management experience

Required Education:
Completion of an accredited RN program

Required Licenses/Certifications:
Active, unrestricted RN license from SC or ANY Compact Licensure state in good standing
