Job Description :

Our client, a major health care insurance provider, is seeking candidates with excellent customer support experience and familiarity with health care/medical insurance to support their insurance National Broker Advisors.


This FULLY REMOTE opportunity is currently contracted for 3 months with possibility of extension or direct hire for the right individuals, and a pay rate of $20/hour.


The Coordinator is responsible for assisting National Broker Advisors for the company’s Marketplace products.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handles new broker applications, enrollment forms.

  • Educates Brokers on plan benefits in all markets.

  • Makes sure CMS requirements are being met in the aforementioned processes.

  • Answers In-bound phone calls

  • Develop and maintain single point of contact by answering inquiries from National Brokers regarding application submittals, Medicare Advantage products, and supply requests and fulfillment.


Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Call center experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Some background/knowledge in healthcare




Required Qualifications :


  • High school diploma or GED is Required.

  • 2+ years of healthcare industry experience is Required

    • Healthcare industry xperience with a background working with databases is Strongly Preferred.

  • Experience gained working as an administrative assistant in a sales environment Preferred.

  • Excellent customer service experience is Required.

  • Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office is Required.

  • Working knowledge of Marketplace regulations and/or managed healthcare is Strongly Desired.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a MUST.
